By authorizing and using ADs-LearyClaw ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

ADs-LearyClaw is an AI-powered Google Ads management agent built on the OpenClaw framework. It allows users to manage and analyze their Google Ads accounts through natural language commands.

User Responsibilities

1. Authorization: You must have proper authority to manage the Google Ads accounts you connect to the Application.
2. Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Application complies with Google Ads policies and applicable laws.
3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.

Limitations of Liability

• The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from campaign modifications or recommendations made through the Application
• Always review significant changes to your advertising accounts

API Usage

• The Application uses the Google Ads API in compliance with Google's API Terms of Service
• Rate limits apply as determined by your Google Ads developer token access level
• We reserve the right to throttle or limit usage to ensure fair access

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application for violations of these terms or misuse of the Google Ads API.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
